Questions, answered.
For learners, for parents, and for employers — how the pathways, levels, and credentials actually work.
A credential for that specific level, earned by demonstrating real competency through an assessed capstone project — not by sitting through content. Each level is designed to be employment-relevant on its own.
Yes. Every level in a pathway is meant to be a real employment milestone, not just a waypoint toward a distant finish line. You don't need to complete an entire pathway to put a level to work.
It's the credential you earn after completing every program in a Launch-stage pathway — it signals you've finished the full career track, not just one program. You don't need it to work; each program along the way already has independent employment value.
Two things: progression is competency-based, not time-based (you advance by proving capability, not by finishing a fixed number of weeks), and programs are stackable — each one connects to what comes next in a real pathway, rather than being a one-off with no follow-up.
That's the whole idea behind Learn → Earn → Advance. Pathways continue beyond your first certification — see the full stage picker to explore what comes next.
Kids & Teens covers ages 5-16 across three stages — Foundation, Discovery, and Emergence — building digital literacy and computational thinking up through professional preparation. The Professional track (Launch, ages 16+) is where certified career pathways and real employment begin.
A complement. We teach practical, project-based technology skills that traditional schooling often doesn't cover. Many families pursue both alongside each other.
Every learner moves at a different pace. Talk to our team about your child's specific situation — we work with families directly rather than applying a one-size-fits-all rule.
Age is the main guide — Foundation (5-10), Discovery (10-13), Emergence (13+) — but the right starting point also depends on prior experience. Reach out and we'll help place them correctly.
That the holder completed an assessed capstone project at that level, against a defined standard — not just that they attended sessions. Competency is demonstrated, not assumed.
We're early in formally tracking graduate placement and outcomes at scale, and we'd rather say that plainly than invent numbers. If you'd like to be among our first hiring partners and help us build that data together, we'd welcome the conversation.
